Adopt me Kittens

On the 30th of December 2021 my partner found 9 kittens abandoned on the road side in 40 degree heat. The kittens all had cat flu, fleas, gunky eyes, were extremely hungry and under weight. We brought them home and contacted two local rescues in our area. After careful consideration we decided to care for them ourselves at our own expense until they were healthy and old enough to be adopted. All 9

of the kittens have now been adopted but we are still going. We were contacted by a member of the public asking for help to rehome 4 kittens, as she couldn't find anyone else to help. Two days later our local Vet asked if we could care for a 4 week old kitten that was just brought into them as it's mother was hit and killed by a car. How could we say no, so we are doing it all over again. All the kittens are desexed, wormed, vaccinated (1st vac), health checked and microchipped by our local vet before leaving our care at the expense of the adoptive families, everything else we pay for out of our own pockets.
