A massive shout out to Hayley Holmes who I put on the spot yesterday and made her go over her first assessment and do some one on one training with clients 🙌
Sometimes we just need a little nudge to help get through that first initial uncomfortable feeling of doing something out of our comfort zone and she took it in her stride 💪
I was their to help guide and help, however she absolutely smashed it as I knew she would!!
Super proud of her achievements and putting all the hard work in, giving up her Saturday's and shadowing to get to this point.
Their will be some changes and restructures when I get back from holidays in September.
Hayley will be taking on more walk & trains and one on one clients, we will be adding another Adventure day possibly and we have a new staff member that is joining the team which I'll announce next week 😉
I hopefully will be taking an afternoon off to do admin and change my invoicing structure so I can actually have Sunday's off, rather than working 7 day's a week 😅
