We know being away from your fur baby can be a little nerve-wracking, but with a few simple steps, you can help them feel relaxed and right at home in their suite.

Here are 5 tips we recommend for a smooth and stress-free check-in:

🧺 Bring Something That Smells Like Home
A blanket, their bed, or even a worn t-shirt of yours can work wonders to comfort your cat in a new space.

🎒 Get the Carrier Out Early
Let your cat get comfy with their carrier a few days in advance. Leave it open at home so they can explore it at their own pace.

🕒 Avoid the Last-Minute Rush
Cats are sensitive to our energy - so staying calm, organised, and ahead of schedule helps keep them calm too.

🍗 Don’t Overfeed Before Drop-Off
A light meal 2–3 hours before you arrive is ideal. It avoids any travel-related tummy upsets.
