If you’re new here, let me introduce myself properly.

I’m Sandi.

I’m a horse trainer and confidence coach, and I work with women who want to do better, whether that means rebuilding confidence after time away or refining performance at a higher level.

My journey hasn’t been linear.

I’ve been a lifelong horsewoman, but like many women, there were times where riding stepped back while life stepped forward.

When I returned to the saddle, it felt different. The confidence I once had wasn’t gone, but it wasn’t steady either.

And I realised something important.

Confidence doesn’t come from pushing harder. It comes from clarity.

That’s why I designed my training programs Creating Confidence and Cowgirl Dressage, because I needed something that better aligned to my values, and was fair, ethical and kind on the horse.

Groundwork first.
Liberty for connection.
Ridden work that makes sense.
Repetition without panic.
Softness over force.

I work with women across Australia through clinics, multi-day camps, and long-term structured programs.

And for those who can’t always travel, especially with rising fuel costs, I offer structured online training that walks you through the progression step by step.

Whether you’re rebuilding or rising, you don’t need to guess your way through it.

You need a system.

We’re excited to announce a brand new 2-day clinic with NCHA Pro Trainer Grant Quigley, designed specifically for riders wanting to build confidence, understanding and practical skills in the sport of Cutting.

Whether you’re:
▫️ Completely new to cutting
▫️ Preparing for your first snaffle bit class
▫️ Transitioning from campdrafting into cutting
▫️ Looking to strengthen the herd work phase of your reined cow horse competition
▫️ Wanting to improve your confidence working cattle in a competition-style environment

…this clinic has been designed for YOU.

Over the two days, riders will work through the foundations required to confidently approach cattle work, while learning the “why” behind successful runs — not just the mechanics.

Topics covered include:
✔ Understanding cutting terminology, rules and judging
✔ Mechanical cow exercises to improve timing and position
✔ Reading cattle and identifying opportunities for better cuts
✔ Herd settling and effective herd help
✔ Rider confidence and decision making
✔ Individual cattle work and run preparation
and most importantly
✔ Putting together a complete competition-style run. Practising the flow, decision making and feel of a real run.

The clinic will be conducted in a small group format to maximise learning, individual coaching and quality cattle time in a supportive environment.
