Kicking off the week we've got a cooking lesson with our Super Dad George from School Lunch Box making shaker pancakes on Facebook and Instagram live. Our weekly Tummy Time sessions with Gymbaroo-Kindyroo, Pre and Post-Natal Fitness classes with Amy Mitchell from Goddess Outdoor Fitness, CPR tips for babies with Sarah Hunstead from CPR Kids and Pinky McKay will be sharing her wisdom on calming your crying baby. My Midwives are also hosting a talk on planning your birth in the time of Covid-19 which is especially important during these times!

Be sure to join in and ask questions on these Facebook live classes and talks, but don't worry if you can't watch them live, the videos will be posted on our page!
