Glenn Lee Thoroughbreds is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and passionate Full-Time Stud Hand to join our busy thoroughbred breeding/ Spelling/ sales preparation/ Consignment operation based in Meroo Meadow on the South Coast of NSW. 10 minutes to Berry, 1hr to Wollongong and 2hrs to Sydney.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with horses, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a team environment. Experience with thoroughbreds is preferred, however applicants with a strong horse background and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Duties Include:
• Daily handling and care of mares, foals, yearlings, spellers.
• Feeding and monitoring horse health and condition
• Assisting during breeding season, education of yearlings/ weanlings.
• General stable and farm duties
• Grooming, rugging, walking, and exercising horses
• Maintaining clean and safe work environments

The Successful Applicant Will Have:
• Experience handling horses confidently and safely
• Good horsemanship skills and attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Current driver’s licence
• Stud experience advantageous but not essential
