No exceptions. 🌟7 STAR CARE @ Mermaid Beach is a exclusive boutique dogminding service specialising in miniature & small dogs ONLY. 24x7 supervision, one on one care & loving attention, allowed anywhere indoors at all times & allowed to sleep in our bedroom, YES they really do sleep in our bedroom. We do give a 🌟7 STAR CARE service to all our clients fur babies, so much so that they can’t wait to get back in scratching on our gate with bated breath. If you don’t believe us just read our reviews. We do so much more than what we’ve just explained above as we are dog lovers first and foremost and really care about our clients dogs nutritional health, happiness and their overall well-being, hence us giving an excellent quality service. PLEASE Read our outstanding reviews!All new clients have to go on our familiarisation program first before any holiday stays. Reason being, is that it’s for your dogs mental health well-being, so they know we are a safe place and that their parents do actually come back for them. We have found this takes all the stress out of them and they can just relax and really enjoy and appreciate their holiday too without all the worries of wondering if they have been abandoned by their parents forever. Our program has worked extremely well and now all our new clients go this way first. Ever wonder how often you should give your dog’s gear a good scrub? 🤔 Well, we’ve got you covered with some paw-some tips! 🐶💦

🍽 Food & Water Bowls: Daily washing is key to keeping those bowls germ-free and your pup’s meals fresh and tasty! 🥣🚰

🛏 Bedding: Give your pup’s cozy bed a wash at least once a week to keep it clean and comfy! 🛁🐾

🐾 Leashes & Collars: If your furry friend loves their walks, give their leash and collar a quick clean once a week to keep them looking fresh! 🌟 For occasional use, a monthly wash will do the trick! 🚶‍♂️🐕

🎾 Toys: Keep your pup’s favorite toys germ-free with a weekly wash, especially if they’re in heavy rotation during playtime! 🧼 For toys that see less action, a monthly wash will keep them s***k and span! 🎉
