Thank you to all that braved the weather and competed in todays ClubDay.
It was wonderful to see members and their Dogs giving it a go in some not so kind weather!
Our judges did a wonderful job and hopefully were able to give us handlers a little bit of feedback and hints.
Thank you, Jacqui, for stepping in to assist and judge when our outside Judge was unable to make it due to last night's weather.
Thank you to those behind the scenes too;
Daniel, for ensuring the rings are erected and all those that assisted in packing up and for taking the prep class.
Graeme, for ensuring our Sausage sizzle and hot beverages were available.
Tania and Julie for stewarding.

Just a reminder to those members that have entered our Club day being held tomorrow, the check in time is from 8.30am to 9.15 am. With the day beginning at 9.30am.
(which is earlier than we previously have started. Hopefully this makes for an earlier finish😊. )
Remember these times are to be strictly adhered to, no late admittance will be allowed.

Also, please remember that there is a 5 metre exclusion zone around the rings, ( as per ANKC rules) this is to try and avoid dogs competing in the ring from being distracted be dogs outside the ring.

The canteen will be open for your refreshment needs.

We will also be providing you all with a sausage sizzle for brunch.

We look forward to seeing you all on tomorrow morning.

Just a reminder to those members who have registered for our 2nd club day for 2026, that we are starting earlier. Please refer to the attached flyer with the check in times. Remember these times are to be strictly adhered to, no late admittance will be allowed. Arrive early and grab some breakfast, the canteen will be open for your refreshment needs.

We will also be providing you all with a sausage sizzle for brunch.

Sneak peak of our class three dogs being a distraction for our higher up class.
These dogs had to sit and stay off leash while their owners were a couple meters in front while a pack of dogs walked passed them

Hi all rally members, firstly I would like to thank you to you all for being so keen n eager to give rally a go. (thanks Tanje Ruddick for the pic)
When checking in on sunday, those who are wishing to train in rally will be given a token when checking In, this is to be given to the rally instructor at the start of class.
NOW, Seeing as you all seemed to pick it up so easily, attached is the pattern you will all be going through, we will all walk through and help each other to understand, then will attempt it with our beloved Dogs individually.
There are 5 signs that we did not practice so just check up on your rules, they are:32/27/28/24/30
Any queries dont hesitate to ask,

For those interested in trying Rally this weekend, please have a look at this link for the Rules and also a description of the signs. We will only concentrating on the NOVICE signs ( approx 30 signs) bring along you treat pouches n treats😄😄
