Hi everyone! My name is Samantha. I have been running Samantha’s Animal and House Sitting for 4 years now. I operate in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. I’m a very friendly, easy going and bubbly individual.
I have studied and have a Diploma In Animal Welfare, I’m insured and have a current up-to-date police check. I have experience in looking after animals of all types and breeds. I have also fostered animals for most of my life and done volunteer work at different animal shelters.
With 4 dogs of my own (1 who has been blind since birth) 2 cats, 7 chickens. I used to have 2 budgies, angora mice and a tank of tropical fish. - In other words; you could say I own a small farm! Over the years I have looked after all types and breed’s of animals, from cats and dogs (small, large and horse sized dogs) birds - (exotic birds as well), different species of fish (freshwater and tropical), horses and cattle, goats, rodents, guinea pigs, rabbits, turtles and snakes. No job is too big or too small for me! I look after farms with 20+ animals to just the 1 cat or dog. Along with looking after your animals your’e home has the sercurity of me there. More than happy to do other daily tasks as well such as putting the bins in and out, watering plants and collecting mail.
Looking after animals is not a chore for me, its more a hobby. I enjoy the company as they do mine. I look after and love them as if they were my own. As my motto state’s “Loving care, when your’e not there” I offer free “Meet and Greets” - It helps put a face to my name. I come out to your place prior to my stay and talk over what you would like me to do in my visit. I’m more than happy to cater to your animals needs!
