🎄Do you have the perfect place for your Christmas tree?
Choose a spot with good visibility, enough space for gifts without blocking walkways.

🌟Are there power-points nearby?
Plan ahead by checking outlet locations to safely power tree lights, garlands, and outdoor displays without overloading circuits. We don’t want extension cables tripping Santa in the middle of the night! He’s got a job to do. Safety first.

🧦Do you hang your stockings, by the chimney with care?
Pick a secure, visible place for stockings—mantels, shelves, or wall hooks—to create a cozy festive focal point everyone will enjoy.
No fireplace…maybe you have a fake mantle? Don’t forget a clear wall for this little décor detail.

🦌Do you host family or friends over the holidays?

Darker shades soak up more heat, while lighter tones reflect sunlight — which is why many homes in sunny places like Greece are painted white to stay cool.

New materials are taking this idea even further!
Thermochromic paints adjust their colour or reflectivity with temperature, helping keep buildings cooler in summer and warmer in winter.
Photochromic paints react to sunlight, reducing glare and solar gain.
