🗓️Temporary Change to our Saturday Schedule🗓️

We’re hitting pause on Saturday opening hours as of Saturday 7th June due to vet shortages.
This coming Saturday 31st May will open as normal ✅

After thoughtful discussion with our vets, we feel this is the best approach to ensure the health and wellbeing of our team 💛

This is a temporary measure, and we are working hard behind the scenes to find additional vets to join our team. We look forward to returning to normal Saturdays soon 🤗

We’ll still be here for you during the week (Mon–Fri, 9am–7pm), and our Berwick clinic will have a familiar face available on Saturdays to help with:
✔ Urgent appointments
✔ Calls & emails
✔ Medication and food pick-ups
✔ Advice & future bookings

📁 All of your pet’s medical records remain fully accessible at Berwick, and Healthcare Plan clients can continue to access their benefits there as usual.

🆘 For emergency care outside of clinic hours, Casey Pet Emergency is open 24/7, located just a few doors down from our clinic.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support as we make these necessary adjustments to better support both our team and the care we provide. 🫶
