𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲
As a Warehouse Worker for Petco Holdings Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing the efficient and effective operation of our small business warehouses located in Hoppers Crossing and Lara, VIC. This role is a 28-38 hour a week role with the option for flexible working hours.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴
• All warehouse activites, including inventory management, storage, picking, packing and dispatch
• Receiving, storage and distribution of incoming goods and materials
• Transport of stock between our Lara and Hoppers Crossing Warehouses
• Maintain the warehouse to a high level of tidiness and cleanliness
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
• Liaise with our store managers to ensure smooth operations and stock control
• Identify opportunities for process improvements
𝗡𝗼𝗻-𝗻𝗲𝗴𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀
• Current forklift license and confident forklift driver
• Fast and hard worker
• Attention to detail
• High benchmark for cleanliness
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Physically fit (Job involves lifting boxes)
𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆
• Experience working in small business
• Inventory management experience
• Understanding of warehouse management systems, inventory control processes and distribution best practices
