I don't go for perfection with Holly, our goal is to keep her kept clean and tidy.

She suffers from severe fungal ear infections, skin irritation and has had knee surgery, at times she couldn't stand for more than 5 minutes. A lot of work has gone into retraining her for grooming.

When someone reached out, I felt compelled to assist; I couldn't decline. This poor doggo has found a great home, picked up at the weekend, underweight, never been groomed or even washed, severely matted; they estimate his age to be between 8 to 12 months. We refrain from judging the previous owner, as they made the right decision to rehome him.

If you know someone seeking to purchase a new puppy without fully understanding its needs. Advise them against relying on Google searches or social network research. Instead, suggest they consult a professional groomer for an unbiased opinion, as they will provide a truthful account.

p.s I'm not professional groomer. I'm just a groomer.

I've been working with Levendi for nearly two years and watched him grow into a monster.

A recent vet visit saw him tip the scales at 48kg. I did mention to my client that he was getting a bit heavy, although he is a very big dog, get advice on his ideal weight.

Confirmation from the vet was to get him around 40kg he has dropped a few kilos.

I mentioned to my client that it wouldn't have been possible to get him in the bath had I hadn't had regular contact with him.

I am really happy with his progress.

The work had paid off.

Imagine trying to wash him in your bathroom. I'd pay to watch that.

I love it when old clients get in touch again.
I had a call this morning to see if I could possibly come out today.
I hadn't seen this particular client in 3 years.
Unfortunately, I don't do same day appointments anymore. I know money is money, but I only do same day appointments for my very good regular clients in my local area.
I provide a one on one personal service. I love all the dogs I'm working with currently.

Loyalty is Royalty unfortunately for 2025. I have been seeing the same barber for a few years now. I always have to book in.

Today was a really sad day. Beautiful American Staffordshire Bud is not doing very well, and I may not see him again. It doesn't get easier. I was really cautious with Bud when I started working with him. We soon learned to trust each other really quickly. Nearly 7 years later, it's all love 💙
