Coo-Mar Park Pony Stud breeding Shetland Ponies over 9.2hh

I began breeding Shetlands under this name when my Mum finished up breeding Shetlands under the Prefix 'Duidgee'. I mainly breed Shetland Ponies but occasionally I have a APSB Part-Bred which is usually a Shetland cross. I also usually have a larger pony around that is my saddle pony and currently I have a Dartmoor Pony Gelding called Outlook Dartillusion

Hoof trimming this arvo and there is no patience to be seen between the 3 of them!
Crappy windy day today, something that these 3 never care about normally but today they decided was different so we have had snorting and jumping about.
Hopefully everything is calm by the time the farrier gets here!

Coo-Mar Park Erin came in today for a quick brush and mouthing lesson. She is maturing really nicely at 2 years old. Still a bit of growth in her looking at her rump height.

A new girl arrived yesterday in the horrible wind, but loaded travelled and unloaded perectly. Dunavon Faith a big up to height 2 year old filly. Super friendly even in today’s still continuing wind she happily trotted over and a big brush just out in the paddock, no halters or anything and just wanted to follow me all around the paddock where I went.
She has a bit of a hair style going on at the moment but won’t take long to grow out.

Buddy (Domino Downs Leanne’s Legacy) having a roller on for the first time in his life along with some loose side reins.
Completely unfazed by any of it.
For a pony in June last was gelded as a 5 year old stallion (with 4 foals on the ground) to a happy calm 6 year old gelding learning a lot of new things being an absolute champ about it all.

Approx 9.2hh (roughly measured at home, probably has a tiny bit more growth in her as she is still a bit bum high)

Shelly is easy to catch, drench and pick up feet.

Shelly to date hasn't been shown as I haven't shown for a few years now but she is well put together so should do well being shown if that is what you choose to do with her.

With this she hasn't been exposed to a lot so gets a bit excited when things are happening, but with a bit of exposure she will settle quickly.

She is very much a blank canvas at the moment and has only done the basics.
She has been colour tested at Practical Horse Gentics and has one copy of the cream gene so she can produce Buckskin or if she has a Chestnut gene (which I didn't test for) possibly Palomino.

She is a very solid built mid-sized Shetland that is available as I'm keeping her full sister.

Spyda has had his first long reining lesson today and also his first introduction to the dummy rider which he will see more of over the next little while before I saddle him up and have a go.

Lovely solid built gelding.
Has a quiet nature and loves people, happy to follow you around all day.

Has had some basics done with him. He has been mouthed, started long reining, had my dummy rider sit on him and been lunged with a saddle on.

He is ready to go on with and should go well under saddle and out at the shows if you choose.

Has nice straight legs and no blemishes or injuries. Has never had any health issues.

He is good to catch, trim feet and float.

Currently in doing some handling ready to be taken to his new 🏠 to start your chosen career for him.

Currently in paddock condition and ready to get started. Pictures and video taken on the 19th and 20th of October.

Duidgee Spyda will be looking for a new 🏠.
More pics and information coming tomorrow, but look at the hair coming out of him after being pulled straight from the paddock!!
It’s definitely well into spring now.
