It is evident that animals in need are drawn to StoneyRidge 🤣 🫣

The Guinea fowl alerted us to a situation in the vegetable garden on Sunday morning. After a quick check, we discovered a tiny kitten that was emaciated, and terrified, rather than the python we had anticipated 🤭 The kitten's condition was mere skin and bones. We provided food, water, and affection, then attempted to find the kitten's owner. After we were unsuccessful, we started our own search to find her a home. Fortunately, a close friend adopted Little Tink, and she now enjoys a loving home and family of her own 🫶🏽

Paul and I love sitting with the new horses while they decompress. There is something wholesome about listening to horses eating. Some come to get pats, some cower in the far corner, some snort at us.

Something magical happened last night, Prada decided to lay down & join us. She looked so much like a unicorn in the moonlight 🦄 we just HAD to take a photo.

Isn’t she just glorious! Do you love greys like we do? What’s your dream horse colour?
