As I wrap up the year, I just want to say a huge thank you to each and every one of you — and, of course, your beautiful pets.

Today is my last grooming day for the year, and it’s the perfect time to reflect on how far Ruff Cutz has come. This year alone, I’ve groomed over 1,100 dogs and welcomed so many wonderful new clients into the Ruff Cutz family — something I’m incredibly proud of.

Thank you for trusting me with your furry family members, for your loyalty, patience, chats, and constant support. Whether your pets came in happy, nervous, wiggly, anxious, or a little spicy, it’s been an absolute privilege helping them feel safe, understood, and cared for.

Your support is what allows Ruff Cutz Pet Salon to grow and truly feel like a community. I’m so grateful to each of you for choosing me and for sharing your gorgeous pets with me.

Wishing you and your furry family a happy, calm, and joy-filled holiday season. I can’t wait to see you all again in the new year. 💛🐾

It’s unfortunate that I have to write this, but it needs to be said.

I will not tolerate abusive behaviour of any kind in my salon — whether over the phone, in person, or online. I treat every client with respect and professionalism, and I expect the same in return.

Ruff Cutz Pet Salon is a safe space for pets, myself, and my staff. Aggressive language, intimidation, or personal attacks are not acceptable.

A recent 1-star Google review does not reflect the standard of care or communication my respectful, long-term clients know and trust.

I stand by my work, my values, and my boundaries. If those don’t align with yours, this salon may not be the right fit — and that’s okay.

🐾 We’re Hiring at Ruff Cutz Pet Salon! 🐾

We’re looking for an experienced pet groomer to join our award-winning salon in Marulan!

✅ Minimum 1-2 years hands on grooming experience
✅ Confident, gentle pet handling skills
✅ Must be friendly and able to work independently
✅ One-on-one grooming with dogs (cat handling a bonus)
✅ Casual approx 15 hours per week with potential for part time and more hours

If you love animals and take pride in quality grooming, we’d love to hear from you!
