Riding for the Disabled in the Top End

Riding for the Disabled in the Top End RDA Top End provides equine experiences to people with disabilities, unique volunteer opportunities and meaningful corporate partnerships.

Riding for the Disabled in the Top End is a not-for-profit community dedicated to providing opportunities for people of all abilities in the greater Darwin area. We provide mounted and unmounted sessions in a safe, relaxed and fun setting at our beautiful property at Marlow lagoon. We rely heavily on volunteers to care for our horses, maintain the centre and support our clients. We have a range of

volunteering opportunities, including maintenance, administration, project work, and Horse Husbandry. Find out more at www.rdatopend.org.au or contact 0439 444 057!

Thank you to the Grill'd Casuarina patrons who voted for our organisation in the Local Matters Campaign in store in March.

We were excited to hear that we received the most tokens and are the recipients of the $300 donation from Grill'd Casuarina.

Thank you for choosing us to be a part of the Local Matters Campaign ๐Ÿ’œโค๏ธ

What a beautiful girl our Charm is ๐Ÿ˜

Adored by so many riders and volunteers, this 15.2โ€‘hand stock horse has been stealing hearts at RDA Top End since 2019.

Weโ€™re incredibly grateful to Community Bank Coolalinga & Districts for sponsoring Charm. Your generosity helps us continue the work we love and strengthens our whole community. ๐Ÿด๐Ÿ’œโค๏ธ

We recently loved hosting Level 2 RDAA Coach Jody Burrows, who spent time supporting our coaches and participants, sharing insights with volunteers, and helping strengthen our centre.

We are excited to share that we have new volunteers embarking on their Assistant Coach Accreditation journey! A huge step forward for building local coaching capacity and growing our program into the future.๐ŸŽ‰

Jody's visit has left lasting enthusiasm and positive change across our team. Thanks, Jody! ๐Ÿ’›
