If you book an appointment please make a note of it and let me know asap if anything changes like the number of dogs or the service you require or if you need to cancel or change date as it's getting very frustrating as I am fully booked and turning people away only to get last minute change this is costing me money and wasted time and is meaning others are missing out or having long wait for appointments

From the end of July grooming prices will be increased by $5 this is due to increase in costs of products tools and fuel and unfortunately can't be avoided.
If you already have an appointment booked in August I will be charging you the original price this time

If you book an appointment with me please make a note of it so you don't forget or double book as I am rather busy booked up 3 weeks in advance and am finding it increasingly difficult and very frustrating trying to reorganise my diary when people change at the last minute and expect me to just swap appointments
It isn't that easy and may result in a long wait or not getting an appointment at all
