- Please advise if you need to cancel your appointment time. I totally understand sometimes things come up that are unavoidable. But if you can, I would like 48hrs notice, if possible.

- A reminder text is sent 1 day prior. Please confirm your appointment by replying to the text. Please note: that No reply will assume NO service is required.

- If you are running late on the day, a courtesy text or call would be appreciated. We have had to implement these changes for various reasons, including no shows and late cancellations, which make it difficult and expensive to run a profitable business. From where I started to where I am now… what a journey 🐾🚿

Back in 2018, I kicked things off with a semi open wash trailer under Ryan’s Dog Wash… simple setup, big passion, and a whole lot of muddy dogs 🐶💦

🚐 From there, I upgraded to a fully enclosed dog wash trailer and rebranded to United Dog Wash… taking things to the next level with better comfort, better equipment, and a better experience for your pups 🛁🐕

🚐 Then came an even more functional enclosed trailer, making washes smoother, quicker, and more enjoyable for both me and your fur babies.

Fast forward to 2026… same name, but with a fresh new look, upgraded gear, and now another fully decked out wash van on the road 🚐

It’s been an incredible ride, and I couldn’t have done it without all of you trusting me with your dogs over the years 🐾
