⛔️ Just a friendly reminder that if you do not attend your scheduled appointment and no notice is given to allow the spot to be filled, the full cost of the groom will be charged.
This fee must be paid before any future bookings can be made.

Please note: Appointments are scheduled to allow sufficient time for each dog. If you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a missed booking

For future reference, no-show appointments are charged at the full rate, as the appointment time is held exclusively for you. I really appreciate your understanding.

Hi guys...
Can I ask that you arrive on time for your appointment please.
Also, do not come back to pick up your dog until I txt or ring... They become very distracted and excited once they see their owner, which makes it hard to finish the grooming safely
