I'm not bias, however the Aussie Cattle Dog or the Blue Heeler as we all call them - Live in the shadow of the perfection that is Diesel.
Handsome. Smart. Engaging. Obedient.
All qualities I find attractive in a dog - no matter the breed.
Living in Australia 🇦🇺 and growing up on farms, I appreciate all things working dog related and the work ethic they bring to our families!

✨️🐶 Warm Puppy Tuck-ins 🐶✨️
It is no secret, I do love the night shift with the dogs. Once 3pm comes around, it is a bit of a "schools over" type vibe. Everyone starts to settle as the busy-ness part of the day winds down. This is where so much magic happens here!
Almost 23 years as Kennel Manager at Julie's Kennels and truly have the best job 🫶🐶🙌

I am not entirely sure what has happened, though
Facebook has told me I haven't posted in 197 days! Where does the time even GO??
With the photo reel on my phone, ready to implode, I wanted to share some with you 🫶🐶🫶🐶
Over the last few months, our clients have been seeing some new faces around the place as we have been busy recruiting some wonderful new team members to join our family to care for yours 🐕🐱🐶🐱
I am hoping I will have more time to connect with you all in the near future! It would be truly wonderful to share with you - all of the heart-warming moments that we experience with your furbabies ever day 😍 We really do have the best job in the world!

🐶🐕 Happy Thursday Everyone 🐕🐶
We have had such an amazing group of these Lil guys in and out over the last few weeks - our playgroups sure have been busy and puppers sleeping well at the end of the day 😇😴
This is the last year my son Maximus will be helping us during the school year as he starts full time in 2024 🤗 The dogs that visit us, who have kids at home - you can just see their excitement when they see him 😁 they love to have Max around and he is fantastic with the animals.
I can remember the days I had him tucked in the office at 2weeks old, whilst I went back to work with all your woofable doggies...
Where does the time go?!

🍪🍪 Meet Cookie 🍪🍪
I must say, it is so rewarding to see such a turn around in demeanour within the first few days of care. Cookie, and her family experienced a case of 'Admission Anxiety' which made winning Cookies ❤️ just that little more tricky. It just shows, that if you trust our process of how we perform our daily routine - we will be able to show just about any pooch a how to be comfortable in a home away from 🏡
When you feel the bond, it is hard to undo 🩷🌹🩷🌹🍪

When your Brother Steals the Limelight!
These two clowns have been an absolutely pleasure to get to know 🐾They couldn't be further apart in personality! They are both doing a fantastic job at supporting one another in their first stay 💜🐶 Ziggy and Bear make the daily blanket routine a bit of entertainment 😍 That's If I can get the new rugs onto the beds without a pooch underneath them! 💗🤪
It's been a great way to make them feel at home and build trust between friends 🤗

🐾🐾 Congratulations Tayiah 🐾🐾
This week we took on our first student in a number of years, for work placement from Manjimup High.
Tayiah displayed some skills with the animals that was exciting to see, her ability to remember who everyone was is something you just cannot train! Under the supervision of Daniel, we were delighted to sign off her workbook and write a recommendation 🙌👌
Great job with attention to detail whist training new staff Daniel, and we hope to see you in the future Tayiah!

🐾🐾 Welcome Miss Pepper 🐾🐾
This week Maximus and Freyja have been busy helping me welcome our new arrivals!
We welcomed Pepper 🌶 Had a play with FreyFrey, picked her pyjamas, made her bed and just hung out for a while with lots of pats n cuddles ❤️
Has been lovely getting to know Peps and making our home, hers too!
