Today is officially Jeeni day, celebrating that this pocket rocket who has inherited both Mum, Ella and Dad Feenix’s traits has made it to her first birthday.
Jeeni, officially known as Ebonhaus Justa Little Bit At Cleandra came into the world along with her brother, the pair were promptly named by Deborah McLean and I as Jack and Jill. Sadly we lost Jack at 6 days which meant that his sister would be raised as a singleton and without her mum.
It’s extremely hard to raise a puppy in these circumstances but Deb along with husband Ian did a great job and Jeeni thrived.
At 8 months it was decided that Jill, now renamed Jeeni, would come back to live with me in Hervey Bay.
Jeeni loves her life here, she has been taught so much by her mother Ella, good and bad including the relentless search for where a rat might be hiding down behind the garage.
Our Jeeni can be frustrating, annoying and all of those things that go with raising a puppy BUT most of she is so loving and is so loved.
Happy 1st birthday Jeeni 🐕‍🦺🐾🩷

To my dear puppy owners, I am sorry to say the JLPP Testing has to be reprocessed which will take another 10 days . I am so frustrated because Zuri is Clear BY Parentage but DQ don’t accept that so I have had to have her reswabbed and tested. Ridiculous!! I will keep to informed.

UPDATE-Zuri’s results arrived today for the JLPP test. So I will take that to DQ tomorrow so they can continue with the puppy registrations. Apparently there is a backlog due to the EKKA so let’s hope not too long.
