Congratulations to the fantastic line up of enteries at the Isisford Sheep & Wool Show Association Inc! Thankyou for the support on our donated ram, we're pleased it got spread between all trade sheep & hope it encourages you to return next year with afew more pens!

Our next stop is Muttaburra Stock Show where we have a other ram available to support the trade sheep prize money! It's a great little show and I know there are some fantastic trade sheep producers in the area so hope to see your pen there! 😀

It’s with a touch of sadness that we made the decision not to attend the 2026 Dorper National Show this year. We’ve taken this opportunity to gift two of our beautiful show ewes to the dedicated Rye sisters of Yordani and Ivory Dorpers and White Dorpers. Its fantastic to see them hauling in the ribbons with outstanding stockmanship, high-quality sheep, and a great positive attitude. Having experienced firsthand the value of support and mentors, it is rewarding to us to be in a position to give back, even in a small way.

For the rest of the show team, its back to the paddock until our upcoming outings: Isisford Sheep & Wool Show Association Inc & Muttaburra Stock Show! Their programs are out now so check out the MEAT SHEEP CLASSES and throw your hat in the ring. Hope to see you there!

The Shepherdess made a interesting YouTube series on the birthplace of the Dorper & White Dorper. On the back of a 12 year drought, the strength and resistance of the breed is plain to see throughout her footage. 🙂

While rams often attract the spotlight, it is the ewes who quietly do the heavy lifting — breeding, mothering, milking and consistently raising quality progeny year after year.

We prioritise females that are beautifully feminine through the head and neck, stylish and soft, yet structurally correct and built to produce. Depth of body, balance, maternal strength and structural integrity are non-negotiables. Productivity is essential — but it must be wrapped in softness and style.

We are incredibly grateful to Melete and Basecamp Studs for the opportunity to secure more of their genetics, which partners well within our direction.

We know these genetics work for us, but there's nothing more rewarding to seeing our rams contribute to other producers' success and profitability. You support, feedback and trust are a huge part of our journey from strength to strength.
