Tony Mcnaughton I’m devastated, may you be at peace. Condolences to your whole family. We had so many wonderful cheeky memories whether it be at school, football, partying & even playing golf together. The world has most certainly lost a beautiful soul.

Please anyone who is going through hard times in whatever aspect of life please reach out to someone & talk. Please ask for help, even pick up the phone and call beyond blue, lifeline or a doctor to be able to talk to someone.

Anyone who knows Tony, would know his how much of a true gentleman he was. Thank you for being a part of my life & you will always be remembered as the fun loving, loyal friend that I always knew. On Saturday i will make sure Rebel Tuesday is carrying a Black Arm Band in your honour at Flemington.

Being the year of the horse! It’s now time to take a stand against Animal Cruelty, there is no room or reason for any of this to happen in an Industry or sport I pride myself in! These beautiful creatures deserve so so so much better n so much more than as a human race we offer them. It breaks my heart n soul to see this happening time n time again. ITS TIME TO STAND UP & ASK WHEN IS IT THERE TURN TO COME FIRST 🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎. Mel, Megan, Maddie & everyone else involved in process of protecting them or simply being a voice for these magnificent amazing athletes, u do mainly out of your own pocket!!!!! To each & everyone person involved I would to personally like to thank each n every one of you!!!! As a licensed industry participant I would personally like to ask WHERE IN THE WORLD DOES ALL THE $$$ GO TO THAT WE SET ASIDE INTO THE HORSE WELFARE FUND???

Sad news from Widden Stud in Victoria with the passing of much-loved veteran 26 year-old sire Bel Esprit. He won the 2002 Blue Diamond Stakes and went on to sire the legend that is Black Cavair, and also the dam of Ole Kirk.
