Good Luck to Roslyn along with John Thompson n his fellow owners with Kirkliston Blu today. I’m sure it will do AMERICA very proud! Will be watching with a lot of excitement n fingers are crossed. In case anyone doesn’t know the back ground to this, the Sire of this horse is AMERICA, the $1.8million Blue Blood son of the Late SNITZEL out of ALINGHI. AMERICA was our big loveable larrikin. AMERICA was Ryland Thoroughbreds Foundation Stallion in 2020 for what was our first year as a Commercial Enterprise. 2020 was a substantial & a very pleasing first year commercially for us with AMERICA standing at stud with his mate KASPERSKY, with both Stallions having 20 Mares each for the season. Unfortunately the legacy that AMERICA has now left after regrettably being euthanised at Ballarat Vetenary Clinic on March 15th 2021, being rushed to emergency with Colic. Not only is it a day I’ll personally never forget due to complications starting in the Evening of the 14th March which is my Birthday. However all these moments are so very bittersweet for both Bek & I, after AMERICA producing a Stakeswinner in that of LINGANI in 2024. We both knew you had something special Sammy boy and most definitely your legacy is stamped in history now being through your progeny. Producing more n more winners but stamped in the Racing History Books by having a Stakes Winner. We are proud of you Our Handsome Big Boy & with a tear in my eye while writing this I’ll say wholeheartedly “f**k we miss you more than ever Beautiful Man”. We are so so proud of your Achievements as a Stallion especially when so many Opinionated, Self Centred & Arrogant so called knowledgeable people said you would never amount to anything, well boy it’s been a good F**k You to them. Thank you 🏇❤️🏆
