Wow I look at these 2 photos of me and I see some amazing changes.
Photo on the left short hair, serious face, same person on the right but what’s changed??
Longer hair, not so serious looks a lot happier.
Why you ask?
Community, friendship, and changed life to suit me!
I can’t believe that in 5 years I have grown confidence and live my life in a completely different way.
I meeting new people, connecting with old friends and living a lot healthier and happier.

When was the last time you did something uncomfortable? It's scary isn't it! But you know what it is totally normal. We all feel it. And it should feel uncomfortable and scary (doesn't make it easier does it!) 😌

I know that when I said yes to starting my business, I definitely felt a bit scared and nervous! To be honest I still do.. I wasn't sure I could do any of it, it was brand new to me! Just like when I started my last job, or had my first baby (zero clue!) And yet here I am! 😊

I knew that on the other side of fear is potential. Growth. Fun. Extra Money. Free products. And that in order to get those things. I needed to lean in and trust.
