One thing people don't always realise about pet sitting is how deeply you come to love the animals in your care. Over the years, I've quietly mourned the loss of a few special furry friends l've had the privilege of caring for.
George was one of those beautiful little souls, one I had the privilege of caring for on many occasions and he'll always hold a special place in my heart.

Well apparently Facebook thinks I've gone missing because it kindly reminded me it's been 249 days since my last post.
The truth is, I've been keeping a bit quiet on purpose. As much as I love sharing all the cute pets and updates, I'm only one human and I book out very quickly.
I always feel awful when I'm unavailable for my regular clients, so sometimes staying a little quiet feels kinder than advertising when I'm already very booked up.
But I'm still here, still pet sitting and still obsessed with all your gorgeous fur babies ☺️

Thanks for always keeping me busy and supported, I appreciate you all so much! I will try to slowly get back into the swing of things by sharing some of the sweethearts I’ve looked after over the past few months 🐶🐱

Inka and Fred are a special duo that I had the pleasure of looking after on a few occasions. Inka loved her long walks (especially when she found the perfect stick!) but was just as happy to curl up for cuddles on the couch. Fred was the sweetest little shadow, always ready to lounge in a sunny spot and keep me company 💚

Hi everyone! Just a quick update to let you know that even though it’s been a little quiet here on social media, I’m still very much around and busy looking after all your wonderful pets.

A small snapshot of my many friends of 2024 💚
I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to care for so many wonderful animals as if they were my own. 2024 was an exceptionally busy year, marked by a significant milestone in my career becoming a Qualified Veterinary Nurse. After dedicating the past 10 plus years to working in the field, it’s incredibly fulfilling to finally hold the formal qualification that complements my experience. Doing the work I love every single day is both rewarding and inspiring and I’m looking forward to another exciting and productive year ahead!
