Hi everyone! This post will have a lot of important information so please make sure you read! I will pin it to the top of this page so that it will be easy to find.
1) Lesson days with Tim have been very popular, thanks so much to everyone for supporting them and an even bigger thankyou to Tim for his awesome coaching. These will continue for as long as they are supported. The next one is on the 13th of April for lessons & rounds, this will be capped at 16 horses so get in early if you don't want to miss out.
2) Autumn Show - our Autumn Show is coming up fast on the 26th of April. Our committee has decided to make a weekend out of it, to hopefully encourage some consistent jumping. We are running training rounds with instruction over the afternoon of the 25th. This will be a lovely warmup for the show the following day, which will include heights from 30cm up to 120cm to cater for all horses and riders. This show will be casual dress and we will be giving out novelty prizes throughout the day. There will also be two championships at 80cm and 1m.
3) Membership is coming up- if anyone wishes to attend any of these shows/lessons/rounds that is not a member, we will carry over your membership into next year so you don't have to pay it twice. This will include all memberships that have been paid in March & April.
4) Clinic - we are running another clinic with Clem Smith. This will be on the 31st of May & 1st of June. This is on nominate, however entries cannot be taken until the new membership year. So on the 1st of May, please renew your membership (if it isn't getting extended) and enter the clinic so you don't miss out. Entries will be capped at 24 horses.
5) AGM - it's that time of year again. If you want to attend the AGM or be on the committee, it is being held at the Crescent Hotel on the 29th of April (7pm). Please RSVP to our email address or this page by the 22nd. Come along for a meal and find out more about what is happening in our lovely little club. You do not have to join the committee to attend and we appreciate your support.
Thanks, Laura
