Its a Dogs Life is proud to provide a caring, professional grooming experience. Each dog is given a pen or crate and the dogs are not mixed together.

At Devonport Dog Grooming we know how much your your dog means to you, as a much loved member of your family, thats why so much care and time is taken to make your companion look and smell its very best! With over 20 years of experience as a qualified dog groomer, taking care and pride in my work. Offering all styles of clipping, from a light trim to a full clipping off, and everything in between.

Using top quality shampoos, conditioners, colonges, brushes and equipment.

All surfaces are disinfected, and all equipment cleaned between each and every dog. The salon is kept clean and tidy and flea free, which is all clients rights to expect. The average amount of time for each dog at the salon (depending on size and condition) is about 2 hours. With easy free parking out the front for drop off and pick up.

So for all your poochs needs including: Full clips and styling, hydrobathing, groom outs, carding and hand stripping (wired haired dogs) tidy ups, bath and blow drys, nail clipping and much more...

Well as most of my lovely clients know, Devonport Dog Grooming is now closed. I am relocating to Latrobe and still grooming from home, now called "Its a Dogs Life". I shall be taking bookings 2nd week of April forward. To contact me please call Sue on 0428443212.

Hi everyone, due to the coronavirus and the current shutdown of the Northwest, after calling the Tasmanian Governments Hotline all dog Grooming is deemed a non essential service, so therefore i shall be closed for the next 14 days as of the 12th of April until further norice. Hi everyone, if your pooch needs a tidy up over the winter months give me a call. Also just a note : dog jackets do tend to tangle and knot the coat, a good brush will help keep them in condition.
