Cat Concierge - let your cats relax while you're away. We are a professional cat and small pet sitting service based in Lane Cove in Sydney's north shore.

Cat Concierge will look after your cats and other small pets in your own home while you're away. In a once or twice daily visit to your home, we will feed, play with and groom your cats, clean their litter trays, and provide them with loving attention while you are away. We can also look after your other small pets including guinea pigs, birds, fish, mice and bunnies in the same visit. Cat Concier

ge can also provide additional services such as mail and bin collection, and looking after your indoor plants and garden in the same visit, free of charge (conditions apply). You don't have to enlist unwilling or unreliable neighbours or friends to care for your cats and home while you're away - Cat Concierge is the friendly, discreet and professional service tailored to your needs. We currently service areas in the lower north shore and inner west. Suburbs covered include:
Lane Cove, Linley Point, Lane Cove West, Lane Cove North, Hunters Hill, Gladesville, Longueville, Artarmon, Northwood, Greenwich, Chatswood West, Drummoyne, Woolwich, Boronia Park, Huntleys Cove, Huntleys Point, Henley, East Ryde, Putney, Chiswick and Tennyson.

As snap lockdowns continue to affect everyone's planned holidays, you can rest assured that any payments made for bookings with Cat Concierge that need to be cancelled due to lockdowns in Sydney will be either refunded or credited to your account. Our Covid-19 cancellation policy is as follows:

For any lockdowns or restrictions on movement initiated by the NSW government, you can either elect to receive a refund or have your account credited if you wish to reschedule. No cancellation fees apply.

For interstate/territory government restrictions/border closures etc, your account will be credited for future visits. No cancellation fees apply.

Full refunds are always offered for all cancellations made with more than 7 days notice, out of peak Christmas/Easter periods.

Easter and School holidays 2020 information - I am currently taking bookings for Easter and upcoming school holidays. Easter bookings one visit per day only (from Good Friday to Easter Monday)

With existing travel bans and the coronavirus situation developing, the situation may arise that you need to cancel your booking. My current cancellation policies are listed in my usual Terms and Conditions http://www.catconcierge.com.au/Documents/Cat%20Concierge%20terms%20and%20conditions%20web.pdf? Please take a moment to read them.

Depending on future developments, my policies may need to be reviewed. I'll keep you posted with any changes here. Stay safe and I wish all my customers a happy and healthy Easter!

Christmas availability for Cat Concierge customers - 22 Dec -31 Dec 2017 has been booked out. I have a couple of spots left from 1 Jan - 13 Jan. There is no availability 9 Dec- 10 Dec and 14 Jan - 29 Jan 2018. If you'd like to be put on the waiting list send me an email. All Christmas bookings will be finalised by 1 December.

My cat Jinx took an unscheduled bath in the pool yesterday. He likes drinking out of the pool, but something must have spooked him. All I saw was the aftermath - this is the third time he's fallen in but the first time in winter! At least I know he can swim.
