I hope everyone had a safe and happy Christmas and new year 🙂
Just a few things to start off the new year, I would appreciate it if everyone could take some time to have a read.
•please message me if you are waiting for an appointment date and time. I do sometimes get busy and forget to message you 🙈
• Unfortunately I will be bringing in a no show fee. I have lost a lot of income the past 12 months and being a small business it takes it toll. No shows will incur a full appointment fee before they can rebook. Cancellations with less then 24 hours will incur a 50% of their grooming fee before they can rebook. I do understand things come up in some circumstances.
•Prompt pick up is required. I spend a lot of my time waiting for people to pick their dogs up after appointments. Unless arranged prior to your appointment day, dogs must be picked up promptly or I will be bringing in a fee to cover my time waiting for you to arrive.
•I am happy to book your appointments for the whole year or a few in advance if you like, that way you are guaranteed not to miss out. My December 2026 is already half booked.
• On the 1st March there will be a slight price increase and restructure. Comb clips (longer clips), which take longer will now be charged more then a short clip. Please don’t hesitate to message me with any concerns or questions!
