Had a wonderful morning catching up with my friend Yvette and her daughter, Izzy. Honey was calm n relaxed while having a lead around in the round yard with Izzy. Thank you Izzy for your kindness and gentleness for Honey. ❤🐴❤

This is true for me when I'm spending time with my horses or in nature. Slowing down, noticing what I can hear, see, smell and feel, using my awareness to be present in the moment and being curious about how I'm feeling and what I'm experiencing right here and now.
