Dear Customers, I wish to advise that I will be closing the web store WSA (Whelping Supplies Australia) as of Monday 20th May. Due to increasing running cost, plus the fact that I have returned to the workforce. My daughter Hayley will operate the EBay store for remaining stock sales. Dear Customers
Our store will remain open online over Xmas /New Year period.
Our local Australia post office have advised me they will be closed 25th, 26th and 27th Dec and 1st and 2nd Jan.
Little window of opportunity there 28th - 30th to get parcels out.
For locals who need items urgently we can make orders up for pickup as we are about.

Australia Post have advised they are struggling to clear the massive amount of parcels at their distribution centres. As such they are not collecting parcels from business's till they can clear the backlog. While this doesn't affect us directly as we drop our off at post office, the backlog however is seeing parcels in particularly in NSW being delayed. Please be aware of this when ordering. 😀

Delivery Times - With COVID delivery times may take a little longer, this is beyond our control. Quickest service is Express Post but it is not guaranteed next day delivery.

Turn around time for orders - We understand getting your order quickly is important. We post EVERYDAY Mon - Fri, all orders placed prior to Midday are sent the same day. Orders placed on weekends are sent Monday.
