I get asked regularly “why did you want to become an equine dentist?”
To be honest, when I first started studying, I was completely naive to the world of teeth. I just thought it would be cool to work with horses full time (lol, what an idiot).
But the more I studied, the more discovered and the more I understood how much of a positive difference and impact dentistry can make to a horses wellbeing.
Which I mean genuinely, not just because it’s in my business’ best interest to say so.
If I had to pick only one reason I am passionate about equine dentistry, it would be that I love what it can do for horses in terms of their performance potential. We ask so much of our horses and I’m all about setting them up with every chance to succeed.
The list goes on with reasons that everyone should care about their horses teeth, so if you have any questions feel free to hit me up, I’ll talk your bloody ears off about them! 😉
