This weather has been playing absolute havoc on us all!
Mother Nature seems a little confused lately. While I (Jess) find the rain and storms relaxing and tranquil, poor Matt feels quite the opposite, especially during this time of year. It’s a bit of a mixed bag for us—on one hand, the rain is soothing, but on the other, it’s tough on the business, we aim to disappoint no one during this family time.
At times, I may unable to answer work calls because I’m busy keeping our little Abbie calm (she’s not a fan of storms) and looking after our dachshunds, Lilly (Lil’ Lil) and Rufus (Roofie Doo).
Matt and his hardworking team of four—including our young Oliver, who is so passionate about learning the ropes of his dad’s business—are putting in long hours from 6 AM to 6 PM (and sometimes later, depending on the weather). They are doing everything possible to catch up and get through all the bookings before Christmas.
We want to take this opportunity to sincerely thank all our wonderful clients, we’re coming up to 5 years this coming May. Your understanding and patience mean so much to us. While we can’t control the weather, we can assure you that Matt and the team work tirelessly every day, tackling as many jobs as possible. Between the heat, humidity, and the constant game of cat and mouse with the rain/storms, their determination never wavers, and they do their absolute best never to disappoint.
From Matt, myself (Jess), Ollie (our school holiday helper), Abbie, Cody, Ryan, Bully, Lilly and Rufus, we wish you all a safe and Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Thank you for your continued support, and here’s to another great year ahead! 🎄🎅
After navigating the challenges of building a business during the havoc of COVID, we have great plans for the future. We promise to always strive for excellence and never let anyone down. This is our commitment to you.”
Stay safe to all of our wonderful clients and families 🎄🎅🎄🎅
