4 DAY ORDER CYCLE –FOR Tuesday pick up

Before 9pm Thursday as a courtesy for your Hubster if you do not wish an order login, go to MY ORDERS, dropdown ‘skip a week’ and tick the date not wanting an order. If you do fortnightly then this is the place to go to organise your orders. Thursday 9pm – Orders are created. You get an email. Note Star Products at the top of the list in SPLITS tab. These are recommendations by your Hubster. The green dollar sign products are good value. Start your order in Marketplace then go to your SPLITS tab. This is explained in your Welcome email. Sunday 9pm - CUTOFF
Orders closed. There are 2 automatic processing’s, if those both decline - a $5 recharge fee is applied as it pays for someone to manually reprocess. You must pay BEFORE pick-up. Tuesday - PICK UP. You must pick up day of delivery at the pick-up time or arrange with Hubster. PAYMENTS
You must pay for your order once committed to an order cycle. It's OPT OUT. So if you don't want an order, you’ll need to suspend before orders are created. Once in an Order Cycle we cannot withdraw an order. It is your responsibility to suspend the correct weeks. If your payment declines twice there is a $5 recharge fee applied to the third attempt. 🌏 Box Divvy ReSmart Initiative 🌏

This week is National Recycling Week (10–16 November 2025), and this is the perfect time to get on board with our latest sustainability push:
Box Divvy is partnering with ReSmart (formerly RecycleSmart) and rolling out 350 shiny new 240L wheelie bins to Hubs across NSW/ACT. Because soft plastics don’t belong in landfill, and we can do better.

Our 2024 Southern Highlands trial proved it: six Hubs collected 750kg of soft plastics in just a few months. Now, thanks to a $17,235 NSW EPA grant (matched by Box Divvy), all our Hubs can join in.

So come on, Box Divvy community, let’s ditch the landfill, keep our planet happy, and show Australia how it’s done!

✅ What are soft plastics?

They’re the sneaky, crunchable plastics that council recycling bins can’t handle as they jam the machines.
Think plastic shopping bags, bread bags, snack wrappers, veggie bags, bubble wrap, and those annoying little plastic bits from parcels. Basically, anything you can fold, scrunch, or twist.

✅ Here’s the deal:

Members pay nothing.
Just sort and bring your soft plastics to the Hub and place into the labelled ReSmart bin (formerly RecycleSmart) on Hub collection day.
Box Divvy drivers will whisk them off to ReSmart, where they get turned into food-grade bags rather than become ocean confetti. Easy, guilt-free, and useful.

I’m a bit late to the party with only just trying this “new” kombucha range available through Box Divvy. I don’t know why it’s taken me so long to try them as they are DELICIOUS! I struggle with some kombucha not being sweet enough, and others being too sweet…I’m fussy 😅 but this range is bang on.

A word on the strawberries

We’ll have 500g strawberries again this week. As in previous weeks, you may find the odd bruised or over-ripe strawberry in some punnets. Given the relatively low price – under $6 a punnet – we will not accept any claims unless more than say 10% has been affected. Any pic would need to clearly show this. Members are advised to stick to the 250g punnets if they want pristine fruit.

Mangoes

We’ve been eyeing these Kensington Pride mangoes from Darwin for a few weeks, but they were either too expensive or too green.

But this week, prices are moving into ‘reasonable’ territory (how’s $6.49 sound?), and they are colouring up nicely. To test this, we bought a tray on Monday – and by Thursday, they were getting ready. As the season progresses, they will colour up more quickly – but for now, expect them to take 3-5 days from the time you get them.
