A job for Reptile Rescue today, a call out to get this young Copperhead Snake from a power station at George Town. It ended up hiding under the bait station. Thankfully the snake was in great condition and was safely released into the wilderness 👍🐍😊

Unlikely to have a snake call out this close to winter, but I was called down to the midlands today to rescue this Copperhead Snake which was very much tangled up in bird netting. It was definitely a tedious job to cut him free, but thankfully he had no major wounds, and has been safely released. This was a job for Reptile Rescue. 👍🐍😊

I was called to Beauty Point today to catch this healthy Tiger Snake in a caravan park. This guy was very lively and had some attitude. The client did a great job watching the snake until I arrived on site. 👍😊🐍 Tiger Snakes are ranked at #4 in the world for most venomous snakes. 🐍

Another job for Reptile Rescue today, this Copperhead Snake was rescued from under a big rock in Windermere, it was quite a task to get it. This guy was fiery, and had plenty of ticks that we were able to remove, he has a few marks, but nothing to worry about, he’s healthy and will be released tomorrow 🐍😊👍 Thanks to Bert from Snake Rescue at Osmaston who assisted with the health check and de-ticking of this particular snake 🐍

A job for RRI today, this stunning Copperhead was caught in a TasWater pump station in Launceston City. After I collected him, I washed him, checked him out for any injuries, and he enjoyed some sunlight too! He’s a healthy little guy! Amazing colours too! 🐍👍😊
