They say all good things must come to an end. The time has come for our champ San Carlo to enjoy a long & happy retirement.

What a ride Murray has taken us all on. He was loved and followed by so many throughout his 67 starts and 30 wins.

His toughness & will to win will be hard to match. From a horse that couldn’t pace to the horse of a lifetime that means so much to so many.

Update on a few of the stable runners who we haven’t seen for a little while :

🐎 Western Sonador had a week off after his NSW campaign and will look to target the Shepparton Cup in just over a week.

🐎 Barnaby unfortunetly had an injury setback and has just returned to light work

🐎 Ossie will have a break after his winning debut. Hopefully some exciting times ahead as a 3yo

🐎Nomorelying will trial in the coming weeks

🐎San Carlo will trial in the coming weeks

🐎 Jacks Boy will trial in the coming weeks

Tonight kicks off the 2021 Inter Dominion series for Western Sonador.

We are so excited to have Western Sonador represent the stable in the 2021 Inter Dominion. San Carlo will not make the trip for his fourth Inter Dominion tilt, instead he will stay in Victoria to focus on some Country Cup races.

A big day today with Jessies Son running third at Maryborough & qualifying for the 2yo Breeders Crown final & then at Kilmore tonight Murray makes his return to the race track for the first time since September 2020.

A big Congratulations to long time Morley Park employee Emily!

After his race career with us was cut short due to injury, Em took on Billy (Ajax Again) & last night prepared him to take part in the Hygain Tatura Dressage Classic & Spring Showcase Standardbred Derby last night.

Billy was ridden by Jessica Dertell & they scored 73.25% giving them first place!

Well Done to Emily & also Jessica, and of course Billy!
