Running a small business is not for the faint of heart.

A customer came in for fish food, left an hour later, several hundred dollars lighter, and decided to leave us a 1 star review about it.

Some days you get a bad review because you did something wrong. Other days you get a bad review because you did everything right and someone's wallet couldn't handle it.
