Good morning everyone,

What a lovely rain we have had since Friday!!

Those of you that haven’t seen my last post on the 28th June 2025. Please read, it is very
IMPORTANT concerning:-

1. New Prices
2. Kim’s availability
3. Carolyn not accepting any new clients from Swan Hill.

Please, please, please, organise for your dogs to be groomed long before you want the job done.

Too many of you are constantly contacting us wanting your dogs groomed straight away and are disappointed when we can’t oblige.
August is filling up fast, only a few appointments available. Once filled, you will have to wait until September.
It’s not too early to book for Christmas if you want to be sure of securing a date & time that suits you.

If you have booked your dog to be groomed this week or next week, (or anytime in the future and want to cancel) please let me know in plenty of time, so I can give the appointment to someone waiting.
It gives someone else the opportunity and doesn’t waste my valuable time.

Good morning everyone.

What a lovely cold frosty morning it is 🥰
The year is going so fast, we have passed the shortest day of the year, it is nearly July with the school holidays starting 4th July.

We thought we would give you some updates:-

I have not increased my grooming prices for 3 years, but unfortunately because of all the rising costs, from Monday 30th June I will be doing so.

We will be starting work at 10am for the next couple of months while it is cold, (July & August) or until the weather gets warmer again.

Kim is only working Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays until August. (for personal reasons)
This means appointment times are limited so please book in advance of when you are wanting your dog groomed.

Carolyn is booked out until the 20th July.
If you are thinking of getting your dog groomed by her, end of July/August onwards, you need to book now if you don’t want to wait.

It is with sadness Carolyn has decided she will not be accepting any new clients in Swan Hill for now.
In the future if the situation changes she will let you all know.

Hi everyone,

🚨🚨🚨🚨 Just letting u know Betty is current on her holiday until 25th May which means there will not be daily checks of the answering machine, only once or twice a week. We will eventually contact everyone who rings and give you available appointment times.
