As we are in a busy time of year we are asking our wonderful clients to plan ahead.

Many of our patients are on medications for life and require refills regularly, and now is the time to double check your pets medication. Please phone the clinic regarding medication refill requests. As always we will endeavour to be prompt with our dispensing to ensure a smooth service to everyone.

Please be aware of our close times over the Easter and ANZAC day long weekends and ensure that you have placed your medication refill order well before your pet runs out.

Attention pet parents, the heat is on, and we're facing a serious situation for our beloved pets. With temperatures rising, it's CRITICAL to take immediate action to ensure their safety. Please take note of the signs of heat stress and prevention tips. If you suspect your pet is suffering from heat stress, contact your closest vet or call your local Greencross Vets for advice immediately.

Within our network we also have 24-hour emergency vet hospitals that are ready to help around the clock.

REMEMBER, if it's too hot for you, it's too hot for your pet!
