About the Role
As our receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for pet owners and their beloved companions. You’ll help create a calm, supportive environment while keeping the clinic running smoothly.

Working Hours
🕛 Tuesday: 12:00pm – 6:00pm
🕛 Wednesday: 12:00pm – 6:00pm
🕛 Friday: 12:00pm – 6:00pm
🌅 Saturday: 7:00am – 12:00pm

Key Responsibilities
🐾 Warmly greeting clients and their pets
🐾 Managing appointments and phone enquiries
🐾 Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
🐾 Assisting the veterinary team with admin tasks
🐾 Keeping the reception area clean and welcoming

What We’re Looking For
✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✔ A genuine love for animals and empathy for their owners
✔ Strong organisation and multitasking abilities
