About Abe and his sponsors
Horses have been Abe Graham's passion from the get-go. He has grown up spending weekends at campdrafts, working his way through mini, junior and juvenile drafts in Central Queensland. At 15, he began competing in the juvenile and rookie sections of the Stockman’s Challenges across Queensland. After graduating from high school, Abe pursued his version of an 'apprentices
hip' in the performance horse industry, seeking out mentors to learn his craft. For five years, he has worked for and ridden with renowned Non-Pro and Pro trainers in Australia including John Brekelmans, Trent Smith and Phil Dawson Cutting Horses. At the end of 2020, Abe commenced training out of his own complex on The Big Bend at Kabra, near Rockhampton, QLD. Sponsors
