***position Filled****Veterinary Assistant Required for Breeding Season. Willsallen Veterinary Services is seeking a diligent and skilled individual to provide assistance during this period in a busy, predominantly equine reproduction-based practice in southern NSW. Position commencing end August. The ideal candidate must possess experience and confidence in handling horses. Key responsibilities include administering medication to horses, feeding, catching horses, assisting with veterinary procedures such as artificial insemination, embryo transfer, radiography, field surgery in addition to maintaining veterinary inventory, laboratory organisation and cleaning, mucking out boxes, and providing general horse care.
