🌟 Road Trip Adventures 🌟

We kicked off our journey in Goondiwindi, and what a fantastic start it was!

We had the pleasure of meeting the amazing Liz, whose passion for saving animals in her community is truly inspiring! 🩷

A huge shoutout to the dedicated volunteer team at Macintyre Animal and Pet Rescue (MAPR) for their incredible work and the adorable animals currently in their care.

Among them was the lovely Milly, who has been patiently waiting for a forever home for 17 months. The team is hopeful that her perfect family will soon come along!

Please spread the word and help this sweet girl find a loving family and a cozy couch to snuggle on.

Molly needs to be the only pet, adores chasing after balls, and gives the best cuddles. She's looking for someone who understands the needs of rescue animals; she may take a bit of time to settle in, but once she does, she'll be the most loyal companion you could ask for!

Our team has been buzzing with activity! Here’s a sneak peek into what rescue looks like for us this week:

📧 We’ve been juggling emails and scheduling appointments like pros!

📞 Phone calls are flying as we check in to finalize adoptions. The highlight? Our longest-term girl found her forever home with the sweetest family! 🩷

🐾 We’re also stepping up to help some special babies from our partnered pounds who are running out of time.

💖 Huge shoutout to our amazing foster carers! They’ve reached out to help save a pound pup, and we're busy planning the logistics to bring this adorable boy into our care.

🚗 And guess what? Our dedicated volunteers are gearing up for a road trip of over 2,700 km to welcome four new fur babies into our rescue family! 🩷

Both Arlee and James show signs of having endured a difficult life—ribs and hips protruding, and the concept of gentle pats and cuddles seems new to them, though they relish every moment. They flinch at quick movements, a testament to their past experiences. After removing and treating the ticks they carried, they now need a safe space to heal and thrive.
