Dear customers,
Unfortunately, I've had an accident resulting in a broken wrist.
At this stage, I will be unable to groom till around the middle of November.
These are some of following groomers that I am recommending.

I've also been made aware, that some of my text notifications about my accident have failed to be received by customers.
I'm deeply sorry for any inconvenience, and I will be grooming again soon.

Due to the overwhelming demand for the limited spots that I had available, I am now fully booked. So I can no longer take any new customers. I would like to thank my customers for their support in making my business a success.

I'm now taking new customers. Only dogs Up To 20kg. Online bookings are now open. A couple of things have changed, the no show/less than 48hrs cancellation fee has changed from 50% to 100% of the groom. And new customers that do not show for their first groom will not be able to book again.

In loving memory of Bear. Who passed today at the age of 13 years and 7 months old. He was my soul mate and my everything. There will never be another like him. He had a great life and was so loved that it hurts to not him have here with me.
Buddy you can now have as many treats and food as you want.
Goodbye Bear, I'll see you again when it's my time to join you. I love you so much it hurts. My good boy. "That will do"

Just thought I would let everyone know a few conditions I have regarding grooming appointments.

First, If the A frame sign is not out on the nature strip, then I'm not open yet. Please do not enter the property yet. I have a large standard poodle that likes to protect his home. Please be understanding as this is also my home. I am always open by 8.45am.

Secondly, I allow customer's up to 15 minutes to be late. Please text me if you are going to be late and I can usually work something out. I run back to back appointments and being late puts me behind on the following appointments. Which causes me undue stress.

Thirdly all grooms must be within 12 weeks of each other. If it has been more than 12 weeks since your dogs last groom, I won't have an appointment available, this includes online bookings. I'm sorry if this inconveniences anyone but bookings are getting scare and I'd rather keep them for regular customer's.

I thought would introduce my new puppy. Still to be named. He is a white mini poodle x std poodle and 7 months old. He's still settling in but has become attached very quickly.
His brother is also looking for a home, if anyone is looking for a poodle.
