GOLDEN PASTE for Dogs
Support for Joints & Digestion
Excellent for older dogs or ones with joint issues, feed approximately 1/4 tsp for small dogs up to 1 tsp for large dogs.
Turmeric can be very messy and stains so cook over very low heat, cover benches and use glass jars.

Ingredients:
* 1/2 cup (120 ml) water (filtered)
* 1/4 cup (30 g) turmeric powder (pure, food-grade, no additives)
* 1/4 cup (60 ml) coconut oil (virgin, unrefined)
* 1/2 teaspoon (1 g) freshly ground black pepper (fine, minimal amount)

Instructions:
1. Add the water and turmeric powder to a small saucepan and whisk until smooth.
2. Place the saucepan over low heat and cook gently for 7–10 minutes, stirring constantly, until a thick paste forms.
3. If the mixture becomes too thick, add small splashes of water to maintain a smooth, spoonable texture.
4. Remove from heat and allow the paste to cool slightly.
5. Stir in the coconut oil and black pepper until fully incorporated.
6. Let the paste cool completely before serving or storing.
Storage:
Store in a sealed glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 14 days. Freeze in small portions for up to 3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator and stir before use.

The Ultimate Turmeric Paste Recipe for Dogs 🐶🫚

INGREDIENTS
½ cup turmeric powder
1–2 cups filtered water, mushroom broth, or decaffeinated tea (for desired consistency)
¼–⅓ cup coconut oil (or lard, grass-fed butter, avocado oil, or MCT oil)
½ tsp freshly ground black pepper or ground ginger
¼ cup mushroom powder

DIRECTIONS
1. Add turmeric and liquid of choice to a small pot and whisk to combine.
2. Simmer over low–medium heat for 7–10 minutes, whisking until a paste forms.
3. Turn off heat and stir in oil.
4. Add black pepper (or ginger) and mushroom powder; whisk well.
5. Cool, then store in a glass jar in the refrigerator.

FEEDING AMOUNT
Begin with ¼ teaspoon daily, then gradually work up to ¼ teaspoon per 10 pounds of body weight, as tolerated. Every dog is different, introduce slowly and monitor stool and comfort, especially when adding something new.
