Cleo is a quality, athletic mare with three beautiful, correct paces and the presence to suit a show or performance home. She has established leads and transitions, works happily in a snaffle, and has strong, hard feet, having been barefoot since the day she arrived.
She is also a very good doer and holds her condition easily, living comfortably on minimal feed.
She has:
• Showjumped to 80cm with scope to progress
• Schooled cross-country to 80cm
• Attended a Pony Club day
• Been out on trails, where she is easy and enjoyable
Cleo is generally an easy mare to have around and is straightforward to handle. Under saddle she is a forward, responsive ride. She is not suited to beginners or inexperienced riders, as she can become anxious in new environments. With time, consistency, and an experienced rider, she has the potential to develop into a lovely show mare or competitive all-round performance horse.
She would suit an experienced rider looking to continue producing a quality horse in their chosen discipline, particularly a show or show hunter–style home where her movement and presence can shine.
