Tip for the day .. this method of giving a treat is good for bonding . This spoon feeding may help with a sick bird that needs to take medication? Plain coconut yogurt has no sugar or dairy so should be safe for your birds. 🥰🪶

Happy World Parrot Day!

This is my friend Randy. He lives at Kaarakin Black Cockatoo Conservation Centre in Martin, WA. He’s a lovely boy who cannot be released and so will be taken care of for the rest of his life. Parrots worldwide are in danger from loss of habitat. We can all do something to help in our own area. Plant some trees in your garden with cockatoos in mind. Support your local wildlife centres. Buy a donation print from my website; 100% of profits donated. Slow down for black cockies near the road. Anything we can do is better than doing nothing.
