I hope everyone has had a beautiful Christmas & wish you all a wonderful New Year.

Our boarding rate, after 10 years, has had to be increased. I’ve held off for as long as possible.
Our rate still includes food, treats & bedding.

Normal rate:
Dogs: $27.50/calendar day
Cats: $25.00/calendar day
Pick up between 9am & 10am on the last day, incurs no charge for the day.

Peak rate (as per below dates):
Christmas & Easter:
Dogs: $35/calendar day
Cats: $30/calendar day
Public holidays are at the normal rate but cancellation protocol is in place.

It is with some sadness that I am feeling the need to remind people that there are cancellation protocols in place during peak times - Christmas 15/12 - 5/1, Easter, Long Weekends.
Cancellations 7 to 4 days prior, 50% of booking
Cancellation 3 to 0 days prior, 100% of booking
You’ve cut your holiday short? Payment for the booked period is required.

If I am able to rebook your pets space, I will let you know & adjust the account to show this.

It’s unfortunate that I have to decline bookings because I am booked out and only have limited availability. Your last minute cancellations mean that people miss out on having their pet cared for by us, generating my income.
