Why do we grow Garlic? Well....firstly we love to eat it, which leads to our story; but that for another page. After 7years of steep learning and making many more mistakes than I can remember, we finally made it to the finish line. It's been like celebrating a new birth. Grown in our green house, we hand plant and harvest our garlic. Pesticide and herbicide free using filtered rainwater, we are now delighted to provide you with garlic we are proud of..
